My name is Toshia Shackleford, and I am a former classroom teacher and assistant principal based in the upstate of South Carolina. I am the CEO and founder of Remedy Education, LLC, an education advocacy and consulting firm. Our slogan is "We provide a remedy for your educational dilemma."

At Remedy Education, we focus on solving specific problems for two main groups. For teachers, we provide organizing systems and teaching strategies specifically designed for novice elementary teachers of grades 3-5, helping them feel confident and prepared to deliver engaging lessons and create a positive classroom environment.  For parents, we empower them to advocate for their elementary students, ensuring that their children have opportunities to excel. 

In my role, I secure contracts for our services by conducting thorough evaluations to understand client needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
